The property is situated in a peaceful location within the popular Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort. This end-of-block townhouse is on two floors and has two air-conditioned twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property also greatly benefits from having built-in wardrobes, gas central heating and air conditioning in all rooms and off road parking. There is also a large storage cupboard in the lounge area with ample space for golf clubs and suitcases. The layout consists of an open plan lounge and dining area, with seating for 4 people. For your entertainment there is a 32’ LCD TV (BBC, ITV, etc), DVD player and an iPod stereo docking station. Leading off the lounge area is a breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen. Large patio doors lead from the lounge to the outside lower terrace which is shaded from the sun during the day. There is a large sun terrace on the 1st floor with unobstructed views over almond groves. There are 4 pool complexes within 3 minutes walk of the property.

Prices are for the property per week including the cleaning fee. Shorter stays will be considered.
A deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking and the balance due 6 weeks before the date of your holiday. We also require a security bond of £100 when making your final payment which will be returned to you after your holiday once our agent confirms that there has been no damage/breakages.

Changeover day
As flights from all parts of the UK arrive in Alicante and San Javier airports on any day, we will be as flexible as possible about changeover days.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (upstairs) with twin beds, air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with twin beds, air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinet.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, WC, bidet and sink/vanity unit.
Bathroom on ground floor with bath/shower over, WC, bidet and sink.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. We have also tried to provide all of the implements you might need for cooking.
Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes airer and iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The comfortable lounge offers a 32' LCD TV (complete with over 40 English chanels), DVD player, iPod docking station with integrated charger and 2 x 2 seater leather settees.
Other: The dining area offers spacious dining for 4 people. Large storage cupboard under stairs. On the upstairs terrace there are 2 luxury sun loungers and we have provided 2 further foldable sunbeds (yellow in photo) which can be taken to the pools/beach.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The property will be fully cleaned before your arrival and comes with clean bed linen and 4 sets of bath and hand towels (all included in the weekly price). Please note that we do not supply beach towels.
Notes on accommodation
The townhouse is fully air-conditioned and also comes with gas central heating.
There is ample storage for golf clubs and suitcases in the large cupboard under the stairs as well as there being built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms.
We can provide details of an excellent hire company for cots/highchairs etc if required.

Accessibility
There is 1 step up to the property and then lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are all available on the ground floor. The second bedroom/en-suite bathroom are up a curving marble staircase.
Outside
Lower terrace is furnished with a 1m square mosaic tile table and 4 comfortable chairs and offers an excellent shady spot for alfresco dining during the heat of the day. The upstairs sun terrace has luxury sun loungers and offers unobstructed views over acres of almond groves to the mountains in the distance.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Calida is rightly famous for it's 170km of beaches and beautiful coast line as well as its superb climate offering 280 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18 degrees.
The beaches of Los Alcazares and Santiago de la Ribera on the Mar Menor are a short 15 mins drive away and Polaris World also have plans to develop an exclusive beach club in La Manga del Mar Menor with transport provided from San Javier throughout the day. Watersports are readily available.

The property has off-road parking and we would recommend that you hire a car to provide easy access to the beautiful beaches in the area as well as the many and varied sites in Murcia (including countless Golf courses).

Murcia city is a 20 min drive from La Torre Golf Resort. Los Alcazares is 15 mins by car. San Javier and Santiago de la Ribera are also 15 mins drive away. La Manga del Mar Menor is a 30 min drive and provides beaches on both the Mar Menor and Mediterranean seas.

Quoted prices include the cleaning fee and supply of clean bed linen and towels. We would require a non-refundable deposit of £100 at the time of booking, followed by a cheque for the remainder of the amount 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We also need a £100 security bond when making your final payment which will be returned to you once your holiday is over and our agent confirms that there has been no damage/breakages.
